Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your CardSpotter Seller subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@cardspotter.com.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all Seller features until that date. After the billing period ends, your listings will be removed from the community section and seller features will be deactivated.
Refund Policy
General Rule: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Because our service provides immediate access to features upon payment, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Exceptions: We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- You were charged after a cancellation was already submitted
- A technical issue on our end prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of your billing period
- Duplicate or erroneous charges occurred
To request a refund, contact support@cardspotter.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
Free Trial
CardSpotter does not currently offer a free trial for the Seller subscription. All core search and browsing features are available for free without an account.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be downgraded. You can update your payment method through the billing portal accessible from your account dashboard.
